About J-IRIS
Japan Investor Relations and Investor Support, Inc.(J-IRIS) was established as a subsidiary of Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. to contribute to the sound development of Japanese capital markets. We aim to promote better understanding between Japanese companies and institutional investors through information exchange to promote understanding and accountability on both sides.
Our main areas of research include investor relations, fiduciary duties of institutional investors and the role of corporate governance in enhancement of shareholder value.
